DIY Desk Organizer All Dressed Up

After spray with leftover color purple paint and then covered it with some leftover scrapbook paper pieces.

Then filled it up with my stuffs!

DIY Desk Organizer

I saw somewhere online about DIY desk organizer with boxes. Since I got many packages over the years... I recycled them, reused them... until recently, I saw someone bought a kit and then put it together. She painted it and covered it with papers. I suddenly remember about the boxes. I decided to recycle mine to desk organizer. It took a while to figure out what I want and the size of it. Trail and error, I finally finished it. You can do it. Be creative! I will post another photo soon when I'm done decorating it with paint and paper.

Mini-Mini Album

I visited blog about how to make mini album. I like it and tried it. I did it.

Since, I do not have mini envelopes. Lucky, I have paper punch to make mini envelopes.

Tutorial for this mini album is gone. The blog wasn't there. Maybe I'll make one for you?

My K-9

This is my K-9 in process... 98% done...

K-9 nose blaster completed

Nose blaster completed. Stable and firm.

Only a little, tiny thing left is that little red disk which "nested" on eye panel. I made a choice not to make it either electronic nor manual because of little complex to get it in head with other stuffs that are already in there. Oh, well... Maybe someday in the future with better materials or whatever to build a better K-9 should be fully functioned but for now, I do love it. He's still my companion. :)

K-9, My Robotic Dog

Good news. I have found most parts I need for its' head. Recently, I went to Big Lots store and saw Martha Steward wedding stuffs. I came across a battery operated garland for 2 dollars.

I was just checking it out and somehow popped in my mind. Hey! Just what I need! To light up K-9's eyes. Finally!

Then for a funny reason, when I visited my mom's home... I found some red things in kitchen drawer.. right size for eye.... I was like, "Mom? Do you need them?"


"What's for?"

"For make eye.."

"Fine. Take it, take them."

I took just 5 of them cuz K-9 actually has 5 red bars over eyes.

Now I can finish it. I'm going to finish it in July after holiday.

Here's my photo that I already had its body all done. All I am waiting for is the head to be done.
